We met with our clients numerous times to get a thorough idea of what they were looking for before getting underway with a search. We found the perfect space and worked closely with the Landlords agent to negotiate the terms our client needed to make the office affordable. During the process up until completion we oversaw the legals, all building surveys, schedules of conditions and assisted in choosing the right contractors.
