Angel Studios is an iconic Grade II* listed recording studio and former church in Islington, the property retained many of it’s original features including a 17th century Speechly’s organ. Our clients had operated in the building since 1983 and over the years hosted some of the best-known names in the industry including Kylie Minogue, Sam Smith, Adele and others. Following a competitive marketing campaign, we obtained planning for educational use and we let the property in it’s entirety to Abbey Road Institute – a highly regarded music academy. We were very pleased to have transacted on such an iconic property and more importantly let it to an operator that’s preserving it’s heritage!
