On behalf of private clients we successfully let this restaurant premise. The restaurant is located on a pedestrianised high street in the heart of the City where the previous occupier had unfortunately been forced to close following the outbreak of Covid 19. In spite of the lower demand for leisure space in the immediate aftermath of Covid, we were successful in letting the premises on attractive terms.
