We were appointed to let this fully fitted and furnished office. The office is located on the lower ground floor and comprises 5,645 sq ft. After a comprehensive marketing campaign, agreed terms with a national fast food operator for use as their head office, on a long term lease for our clients.

Ove the years we have let & sold over 100,000 sq ft of retail, office and leisure space across 42 units and more recently sold these on as investments.
Investment Acquisition
Acting on behalf of long standing clients, we acquired the Freehold of 92 Commercial Street, a mixed use building directly opposite Spitalfields Market. The building benefits from numerous angles to asset manage and improve the income in keeping with the client’s investment requirements. The transaction was concluded in 4 weeks on an off market basis.
Leasehold Acquisition
Acting on behalf of a high-end nail bar operator who were looking for their second site, we undertook a thorough and specific search in the West End for an appropriate new premises. After looking at many sites and following negotiations, we agreed competitive terms on behalf of our client to take a Lease on the ground floor 23 Great Queen Street. The property was acquired in an off market transaction.
